Situation
The vineyard is located in the Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux appellation, and encompasses 66 hectares. The vines, planted in gravel and clay « terroir », benefits from favorable south-south-east facing slopes and plateaus.
Vinification
Directly pressed and vinified in stainless stell tanks at low controlled temperature.
Tasting
Entirely produced from cabernet Sauvignon and exclusively vinified by pressing, Semper Viva Rosé 2019 revealed expressive aromas of red fruits. The mouth is very fresh and lively. A very good balance.
