SEMPER VIVA 2016 Sans Soufre AOC Bordeaux
Situation
The vineyard is located in the Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux appellation, and encompasses 66 hectares. The vines, planted in gravel and clay « terroir », benefits from favorable south-south-east facing slopes and plateaus.
Vinification
Manual sorting of the grapes. Thermo regulated fermentation in 90HL concrete tanks. Maceration and ageing at low temperature with air-contact control.
Tasting
Fresh and fruity, this wine develops aromas of red and black fruits, with a slight note of vanilla. On the palate, its fleshy matter reveals a beautiful intensity.
