Situation

The vineyard is located in the Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux appellation, and encompasses 66 hectares. The vines, planted in gravel and clay « terroir », benefits from favorable south-south-east facing slopes and plateaus.

Vinification

Gentle slow pressing of the grapes. Fermentation in regulated stainless steel tanks at low temperature.

Tasting

With a light gold yellow, the dry white 2018 offers a very intense bouquet of Sauvignons from Bordeaux with aromas of white peach, grapefruit and guava. Powerful and ample, the mouth is balanced between a good vivacity and greedy fruity notes. To enjoy today and for two to three years.
