Chateau Maubert AOC Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux 2011
Situation
The vineyard is situated in the Cotes de Bordeaux-Cadillac apellations, and encompasses 65 hectares. The vines, planted in gravel and clay “terroir”, benefit from favorable south-south east facing slopes and plateaus.
Vinification
The grapes are destemmed then sorted. Fermentation in thermo regulated stainless steel tanks. Ageing during 8 months in French oak barrels.
Tasting
With a ruby colour, this wine displays fruity aomas and coffee notes. It is soft and fresh in the mouth, well balanced with a long finish. Pleasant to drink now, this very affordable wine will be appreciated of Bordeaux wines lovers.
