Chez Alriq <\/b>
\nNous vous avions d\u00e9j\u00e0 parl\u00e9 de cette institution bordelaise \u00e0 l\u2019occasion d\u2019un article au sujet des activit\u00e9s insolite bordelaises<\/a>. Chez Alriq avait \u00e9galement sa place parmi cette s\u00e9lection. Ouvert en 1990, la guinguette a bien failli ne jamais revoir le jour. C\u2019\u00e9tait mal la conna\u00eetre. Ainsi, apr\u00e8s une ann\u00e9e de fermeture administrative, Alriq a su rena\u00eetre de ses cendres en 2014 et devrait entamer une carri\u00e8re de restaurant d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de l’\u00e9t\u00e9 2015. Un grand jardin, des tables multicolores, une programmation musicale \u00ab alternative \u00bb\u2026 Il n\u2019en fallait pas plus pour faire de la guinguette un endroit incontournable dans la ville.

Le Caf\u00e9 Brocante du Couvent<\/b>
\nQue diriez-vous de joindre l\u2019utile (faire vos courses) \u00e0 l\u2019agr\u00e9able (d\u00e9guster un savoureux plat local) ? C\u2019est l\u2019exp\u00e9rience que propose le bien nomm\u00e9 Caf\u00e9 Brocante. Nich\u00e9 au c\u0153ur du quartier des Chartrons, l\u2019endroit a \u00e9lu domicile dans un ancien chai. En t\u00e9moignent la vo\u00fbte du 17\u00e8me si\u00e8cle et la chemin\u00e9e du 18\u00e8me. Le reste du d\u00e9cor pourra \u00eatre v\u00f4tre si vous d\u00e9cidez d\u2019y investir vos sous. Gravures, cartes postales des ann\u00e9es 50, tableaux, mobilier ancien\u2026 Tous (ou presque) sont \u00e0 la vente.

L\u2019Alchimiste <\/b>
\nIl est des bars qui n\u2019ont pas besoin de cr\u00e9er un complexe r\u00e9volutionnaire pour cr\u00e9er l\u2019alchimie. C\u2019est le cas de ce jeune bar ouvert en 2013 au c\u0153ur du festif quartier Saint-Pierre. D\u00e9coration vintage inspir\u00e9e des ann\u00e9es 20, murs en pierres, mobilier chin\u00e9 ici et l\u00e0, carte des cocktails longue comme un bras (et bon march\u00e9), d\u00e9licieuses \u00ab tapas \u00bb italiennes\u2026 L\u2019ensemble ne manque pas de piquant et fera son petit effet autant pour un ap\u00e9ro entre amis qu\u2019en rendez-vous galant.

\nLe dernier bar de notre s\u00e9lection n\u2019a pas encore ouvert ses portes mais il risque fort de faire des vagues ! En plus de siroter son verre, on pourra ici\u2026 surfer sur une vague statique et g\u00e9ante de 24\u00b0C. L\u2019espace de 250 m2 ouvrira ses portes d\u00e8s le mois d\u2019avril 2015. Une grande premi\u00e8re \u00e0 Bordeaux et m\u00eame dans tout l\u2019hexagone. R\u00e9alis\u00e9 par deux quarantenaires gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une lev\u00e9e de fond effectu\u00e9e sur le net, le caf\u00e9 aura \u00e9galement pour but de sensibiliser les clients \u00e0 l\u2019environnement de l\u2019oc\u00e9an gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des ateliers p\u00e9dagogiques.
