A vous de choisir le v\u00f4tre en fonction de votre humeur, de votre timing et de votre compagnie du jour !\n\nPour un repas chic mais d\u00e9contract\u00e9\nL\u2019espoir fait vivre, c\u2019est bien connu. L\u2019Esp\u00e9rance \u00e9galement, tout en d\u00e9gustant une cuisine simple mais \u00e9labor\u00e9e, concoct\u00e9e \u00e0 base de produit frais et de saison. Annexe du tr\u00e8s \u00e9l\u00e9gant Relais & Ch\u00e2teau Saint-James, le caf\u00e9 a choisi une d\u00e9co et une carte \u00ab \u00e0 la bonne franquette \u00bb sans pour autant oublier son rang. Ici, les entr\u00e9es se choisissent en buffet et le burger a troqu\u00e9 les buns am\u00e9ricains contre un petit pain frenchie et une moutarde \u00e0 l\u2019ancienne. Viandes grill\u00e9es et r\u00f4ties, poisson ou plat du jour, tout est bon (dans leur cochon). On vous conseille toutefois de garder un peu de place pour les desserts. Un restaurant comme il y en existe des milliers, pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9 par une client\u00e8le press\u00e9e et avide de junk food. Mais celle des Remparts en a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 autrement. Install\u00e9e \u00e0 quelques centaines de m\u00e8tres du ch\u00e2teau, la pizzeria a de quoi rivaliser avec les hauts lieux de la gastronomie italienne. Concoct\u00e9es selon une recette locale authentique, leurs pizzas vous transporteront en Italie en moins de temps qu\u2019il faut pour les d\u00e9guster.
