Nous voici de retour d\u2019un voyage en Chine \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de Vinexpo Hong Kong. Entre la chaleur exotique de l\u2019\u00eele, les vues imprenables de Shanghai et les diff\u00e9rentes exp\u00e9riences gastronomiques, voil\u00e0 un monde \u00e0 part qu\u2019on \u00a0que l\u2019on vous propose d\u2019explorer avec nous. <\/span><\/p>\n

Vinexpo Hong Kong f\u00eatait ses 20 ans fin mai, on retrouvait de l\u2019effervescence dans les couloirs qui accueillaient beaucoup de vins fran\u00e7ais mais aussi l\u2019Australie, invit\u00e9e d\u2019honneur. Au total, 30 pays \u00e9taient repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s ! \u00a0Nous \u00e9tions l\u00e0 pr\u00e9sents avec les vignobles d\u2019Alejandro Bulgheroni, l\u2019occasion pour les visiteurs d\u2019avoir un aper\u00e7u des diff\u00e9rentes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s. Entre l\u2019Uruguay, la Toscane, l\u2019Argentine, l\u2019Australie, les USA, et Bordeaux il n\u2019y avait plus de fronti\u00e8res ! Cette \u00e9v\u00e8nement d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux professionnels, nous a permis de revoir nos acheteurs chinois et de tout l\u2019Asie Pacifique. Les chinois \u00e9taient les plus nombreux avec une pr\u00e9sence augment\u00e9e de 10%, ce qui se r\u00e9v\u00e8le aussi dans leur consommation de vin. On pouvait aussi d\u00e9couvrir leur production nationale, une exp\u00e9rience unique ! Le march\u00e9 des vins bios est encore peu mature mais chez les hongkongais d\u00e9j\u00e0, l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat est grandissant. Les bars \u00e0 vins de la ville regorgent de vins du monde entier chin\u00e9 chez les artisans vignerons.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00c0 Hong Kong, le pass\u00e9 britannique a laiss\u00e9 sa culture du club. Malgr\u00e9 les grattes-ciels et les quartiers vibrants la nuit, \u00e0 l\u2019image de celui de Central, il existe les clubs r\u00e9serv\u00e9s \u00e0 leurs membres. On peut y dormir, d\u00e9jeuner ou d\u00eener. Si vous avez la chance d\u2019\u00eatre invit\u00e9 dans l\u2019un d\u2019entre eux, c\u2019est une exp\u00e9rience ! De Hong Kong, il suffit de deux heures pour rejoindre <\/span>Canton<\/span><\/a> dans le sud de la Chine, l\u2019occasion d\u2019y d\u00e9jeuner. Pour vous qui n\u2019\u00eates jamais all\u00e9 en Asie, sachez que c\u2019est souvent la cuisine cantonaise que nous d\u00e9gustons dans les restaurants chinois avec notamment le fameux riz cantonais ou les Dim Sum. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
