Mais quels sont les diff\u00e9rents moyens d&rsquo;obtenir ce dipl\u00f4me ?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Ils sont plus de <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3000 sommeliers en France<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et viennent \u00e9tudier du monde entier, particuli\u00e8rement de Chine. C\u2019est d\u2019ailleurs une profession de plus en plus tendance depuis les ann\u00e9es 90 et la vague, toujours d\u2019actualit\u00e9, de la bistronomie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans nos repr\u00e9sentations, un sommelier est un homme (la majorit\u00e9 dans le m\u00e9tier) v\u00eatu de noir et blanc, qui vient nous aider \u00e0 choisir le vin au restaurant. Mais ce m\u00e9tier est beaucoup plus diversifi\u00e9 qu\u2019il n\u2019y para\u00eet. Il attire de plus en plus de femmes qui aiment d\u2019ailleurs l\u2019exercer en dehors du restaurant, pour donner des cours de d\u00e9gustation par exemple. \u00catre sommelier finalement, c\u2019est avoir<strong> l<\/strong><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.terroirexperience.fr\/blog\/serveur-vin\/\">\u2019\u201d<\/a><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.terroirexperience.fr\/blog\/serveur-vin\/\">Art de mettre en valeur le vin face \u00e0 des clients dans un restaurant ou lors d\u2019un cours d\u2019oenologie<\/a><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.terroirexperience.fr\/blog\/serveur-vin\/\">\u201d<\/a><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.terroirexperience.fr\/blog\/serveur-vin\/\">.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour devenir sommelier, il faut certaines qualit\u00e9s : de la m\u00e9moire, de l\u2019empathie, de l\u2019organisation, de l\u2019adresse, de l\u2019endurance et aussi de bonnes capacit\u00e9s sensorielles. C\u2019est un m\u00e9tier difficile qui est souvent <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">guid\u00e9 par la passion<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Les journ\u00e9es sont longues et quand il y a du monde, il s\u2019agit d\u2019\u00eatre rapide ! Les salaires ne sont pas toujours mirobolants mais peuvent atteindre 3000 euros sans les pourboires pour les postes de <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lesgrappes.com\/magazine\/le-vin-pour-les-nuls\/en-quoi-consiste-le-metier-de-sommelier\">sommeliers confirm\u00e9s<\/a><\/strong>.<strong> \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deux dipl\u00f4mes officiels permettent de devenir sommelier, la <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mention Compl\u00e9mentaire<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et le <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Brevet Professionnel. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mention Compl\u00e9mentaire (MP) Sommellerie : <\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La reconnaissance officielle de la profession s\u2019appelle la <strong>\u201c<\/strong><\/span><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.onisep.fr\/Ressources\/Univers-Metier\/Metiers\/sommelier-sommeliere\">Mention Compl\u00e9mentaire Sommellerie<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d et n\u00e9cessite un premier niveau CAP, BEP ou Bac Professionnel avec de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence une option h\u00f4tellerie ou restauration. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pendant un an s\u2019alterne cours th\u00e9oriques et pratiques. On apprend les r\u00e9gions viticoles, les bases d\u2019oenologie sans oublier les cours de gestion, \u00e9conomie, l\u00e9gislation et informatique. Pour y acc\u00e9der, outre les dipl\u00f4mes n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 la MC, vous devez pr\u00e9tendre \u00e0 5 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience professionnelle ou 400 heures de formation ou encore un CAP et deux ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience professionnelle. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sommelier-Conseil <\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.universite-du-vin.com\/enseignements-formations\/enseignements-professionnalisants\/sommelier-conseil-caviste\/\">Une formation de sommelier-conseil originale a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e il y a plus de 30 ans \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 du vin de Suze la Rousse.<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Elle valide un dipl\u00f4me de niveau 4 et est dispens\u00e9e entre 6 et 8 mois. Elle s\u2019adapte parfaitement aux transformations du m\u00e9tier de sommelier dans le domaine de la vente, du tourisme ou du conseil.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span>Quelles \u00e9coles ?<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plus d\u2019une dizaine, Bordeaux, Nice, Paris, Poitiers, Angers, Nancy, il y en a pour tous les go\u00fbts et toutes les bourses ! \u00c0 Bordeaux pr\u00e8s du Ch\u00e2teau Suau, vous avez la Formation Internationale de Conseiller en Sommellerie<strong> (<\/strong><\/span><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafa-formations.com\/formation-internationnale-conseiller-en-sommellerie\/#1480429532871-28515a96-9ba8\">CAFA Sommellerie<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>)<\/strong>, WorldSomm (le centre de formation de la CCI) de Bordeaux ou le R\u00e9seau Greta.
