Retour d\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans ce pays o\u00f9 l\u2019engouement pour le vin est tr\u00e8s forte. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Interview de Laure Baduel, charg\u00e9e\u00a0du d\u00e9veloppement commercial du Ch\u00e2teau Suau, lors de Vinexpo Hong-Kong<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><b>Y a-t-il un int\u00e9r\u00eat croissant \u00a0par rapport au vin, en Asie ?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le march\u00e9 asiatique est depuis longtemps un march\u00e9 tr\u00e8s important pour <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/chateausuau.com\/nos-vins\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nos vins<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, et surtout<strong> la Chine<\/strong>. Hong-Kong en soit, est un tout petit march\u00e9, mais c\u2019est une plaque tournante <strong>en Asie<\/strong>, ainsi qu\u2019une ville tr\u00e8s dynamique. M\u00eame si c\u2019est un petit march\u00e9 en taille et en volumes, on y trouve une offre de vins tr\u00e8s large. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En Chine, le march\u00e9 des \u00ab priv\u00e9s \u00bb et des cadeaux d\u2019entreprise a \u00e9t\u00e9 fleurissant, mais a \u00e9t\u00e9 stopp\u00e9 dans son \u00e9lan par une politique anti-corruption du gouvernement. Il y a eu \u00e0 ce moment l\u00e0 un gros d\u00e9crochage du march\u00e9, et notamment pour les <\/span><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bordeaux.com\/fr\">vins de Bordeaux<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Mais cela a en quelque sorte assaini les choses, finalement. Aujourd\u2019hui le march\u00e9 se professionnalise r\u00e9ellement, et les opportunit\u00e9s deviennent plus s\u00e9rieuses, avec des circuits de distribution p\u00e9rennes. Les chiffres pour les vins de Bordeaux repartent \u00e0 la hausse. Nous avons bien senti cette tendance se confirmer pendant <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.vinexpohongkong.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vinexpo Hong-Kong<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>D&rsquo;ailleurs, pourquoi Vinexpo se tient \u00e0 Hong-Kong et pas ailleurs en Asie ?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hong-Kong est une m\u00e9galopole, <strong>une \u00e9norme partie du commerce d\u2019importation et d\u2019exportation transite par cette ville<\/strong>. Il suffit de passer devant le gigantesque port pour \u00eatre impressionn\u00e9 par les containers, pr\u00e9sents par milliers. Par ailleurs, le \u201cConvention Center\u201d o\u00f9 se tient le salon est superbe, bien situ\u00e9, face \u00e0 la baie de Hong-Kong. J\u2019imagine que Hong-Kong est donc une position strat\u00e9gie pour attirer les acheteurs de toute cette partie du globe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Le genre de personnes que l&rsquo;on rencontre \u00e0 Vinexpo Hong-Kong. Comment est accueilli le Ch\u00e2teau Suau l\u00e0 bas ?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La fr\u00e9quentation est tr\u00e8s professionnelle et tr\u00e8s qualifi\u00e9e. On rencontre<strong> beaucoup d\u2019importateurs chinois<\/strong>, des distributeurs \u00e9galement. Il y a des visiteurs d\u2019Inde, du Vietnam, de Tha\u00eflande, d\u2019Indon\u00e9sie, et aussi beaucoup d\u2019Australiens. <strong>Le Ch\u00e2teau Suau est tr\u00e8s bien accueilli en Chin<\/strong>e. Nous avons depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es des clients fid\u00e8les. Il existe un fr\u00e9missement dans le reste de l\u2019Asie. A Hong-Kong pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, il y a quelques bars \u00e0 vins sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s dans les vins bios et un int\u00e9r\u00eat commence \u00e0 se faire ressentir. Cela va dans le sens de cette dimension de m\u00e9galopole tr\u00e8s cosmopolite et moderne. En Chine, ce n\u2019est pas pour l\u2019instant un argument tr\u00e8s important, mais cela commence \u00e0 arriver. Nous avons notamment rencontr\u00e9 une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019importation sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans le bio situ\u00e9e \u00e0 Taiwan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Quel a \u00e9t\u00e9 votre planning lors de ce salon ? Assez \u201csportif\u201d, non ?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce genre de d\u00e9placement est en effet assez intense. Nous sommes arriv\u00e9s le lundi soir, pour aller directement sur le stand et nous mettre en place. Le salon commen\u00e7ait d\u00e8s le lendemain matin. Les salons sont toujours des \u00e9v\u00e9nements intenses, mais d\u2019autant plus quand il faut faire avec le d\u00e9calage horaire. Le salon a dur\u00e9 3 jours. Le mercredi, j\u2019ai particip\u00e9 \u00e0 une <strong>Masterclass organis\u00e9e par notre syndicat, l\u2019<\/strong><\/span><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/chateausuau.com\/blog\/les-cotes-bordeaux\/\">Union des C\u00f4tes de Bordeaux<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, pour pr\u00e9senter notre belle appellation et ses atouts \u00e0 un public de visiteurs chinois pour la plupart. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le soir se tenait ensuite un <strong>\u00ab winemaker diner \u00bb<\/strong>, toujours organis\u00e9 par l\u2019Union des C\u00f4tes. Ce genre de d\u00eener permet de pr\u00e9senter nos vins et de rencontrer des importateurs et des professionnels. Le jeudi soir, apr\u00e8s le dernier jour du salon, nous avons pu profiter d\u2019un moment de d\u00e9tente bien m\u00e9rit\u00e9 dans un bar \u00e0 homard tr\u00e8s sympathique, o\u00f9 nous avons pu appr\u00e9cier un accord divin entre Ch\u00e2teau Suau Bordeaux Blanc sec 2015 et le fameux homard. Enfin, nous avons \u00e9galement visit\u00e9 un de nos clients en Chine \u00e0 Canton (qui est \u00e0 2 heures de train de Hong-Kong) le vendredi, avant de reprendre l\u2019avion pour la France le soir m\u00eame.
